Let's Get Physical in Nature!

 After spring break I needed to take time for myself this week, so I decided it was time to reground myself and find my balance in life which I did through getting a routine with making time for physical activities. This week I picked two times a day to take a walk for 15mins every day. I found taking a walk in the morning helped improve my energy and my overall attitude for the first half of the day. Then I would take another walk mid day to help improve my energy levels and boost my vibrations for the rest of the day. My favorite physical activity is taking walks outside and exploring nature. The reason I feel doing physical activity outside is better because I feel more in touch with my spirit guides and the elements. My favorite part of taking these walks was hearing the birds sing, feeling the sunshine and breeze on my skin, and all the creatures I saw. Overall, an amazing experience and feeling towards reaching my goal of finding inner peace. I hope all of you are having fun discovering new ways to find your tranquil life that you desire.
